First and foremost - - - WE HAVE POWER!!! YAY to Texas New Mexico Power who brought us up this afternoon about 5:00 pm!!! It feels so nice to have our power back and the air conditioner. However, we were ready for a few more days and with the weather the way it is right now, it was not bad at all.

Now...we were ready for the Cowboy's game regardless!! We had prepared the TV and fired up the cable boxes and had it all set and ready to watch ESPN. The generator was fired up , fully gassed and ready to go!! No way a little power problem would prevent the watching of the Cowboys!

Now .... with the power back, we can watch the game on the BIG SCREEN!! :-)

John's daughter, Laila and her husband, Justin, are on their way to the game in Dallas and had invited us to come up. We just couldn't leave right now the way things around here. They are going to have so much fun there tonight!!
